Return Process

  Log in to your Flying Tiger account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Request ID.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point across Türkiye.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
